Butch Cassidy (April 13, 1866 - 1908/1909?), American outlaw, was born Robert Leroy Parker within Beaver, Utah, the oldest of thirteen babies born to Mormon pioneers from England. He spent his childhood around Circleville, Utah, where his parents homesteaded. He was the rancher by trade, later becoming the prolific bank & train robber and the leader of The Wild Bunch gang.
